Large Group Training

Get to know a community of fellow gym members with large group training. These 45-minute classes are designed to accommodate varying levels of fitness and experience, and additional modifications can be made for athletes with unique needs or who are working around injuries. Our experienced coaches work closely with class members to ensure a safe, effective, and fun time for everyone. Please note, our large group training classes are limited to 12 individuals due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Each class features a movement prep drill, a warmup, conditioning workout, and recovery movement.

Multiple classes throughout the week feature a strength training focus.

Classes include three levels of difficulty so you can work out at an intensity that works best for you:

RX

Movements and weight suggestions that are appropriate for participants familiar with our gym or similar types of workouts.

Scaled

Introductory movements and weight suggestions for participants who are new to the gym experience or are getting back to fitness after an injury or other interruption.

RX+

Movements and weight suggestions for competitive or advanced athletes looking to take their fitness to a higher level.

Semi-Private Training

Get the benefit of more personalized training with our experienced coaches. Our semi-private training classes have a 5:1 class-to-coach ratio, ensuring everyone gets the guidance they need to make continuous improvements. You’ll receive a customized training program tailored to your goals and needs, and we’re well positioned to support you in your fitness journey as we apply decades of work with athletes in all walks of life.

Open Gym

Whether the class schedule doesn’t fit your week or you just want to get in here and do some work, our open gym is a perfect option offered to our members at no extra cost. Although no structured class is taking place during open gym, a coach is always present to answer questions and provide support to maintain member safety.

Muscle Shark Classes

Kick off your weekend with our Saturday morning muscle shark classes, which offer a warmup and conditioning workout to get you moving. Get ready for an energizing workout where the coach jumps right into it with you. These classes are offered to members at no extra cost.

Barbell Club

Try this unique class coached by lifting expert Matt Tapply. This class focuses on the primary Olympic lifting movements; the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. Matt designs all programming for the barbell club, making it a fun, energizing way to improve your lifting technique and performance.

Super Saturday Skills Session

Looking to master a new skill? Then this is the class for you! Super Saturday Skills Session is a 45-minute offering that focuses on an advanced movement used in our large group training programming. We’ll break down the components, and safely teach you the steps to learn some of our more complicated movements, such as advanced gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. This class is offered every Saturday morning at no extra cost to members, and rotates to feature a different movement every week.

Advanced Massage Therapy

Have a nagging muscular issue that just won’t go away, no matter what you try? Our in-house massage therapist, Scott Corliss, is just the guy to see. Scott is an advanced massage therapist who specializes in getting clients out of pain and back into the gym. With deep knowledge of the human body, and how it works in our programming style, Scott is uniquely positioned to provide fast, effective therapy that rivals any other therapy on the market today. Scott practices right out of the GBSC facility and offers appointments to GBSC members only, making him a great addition to your gym experience.
